How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?
All catering orders require a 2-day minimum notice.
What's the minimum order size for catering?
Our catering menu requires a minimum order of $80.
Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?
Both! We deliver anywhere — there's no distance limit. Orders beyond 10 miles will incur an additional delivery fee calculated based on distance. Prefer to pick up? Catering pickup is available at our South Loop location only:

Can I customize my catering order?
Just note any special requests when placing your order, and we'll work with you. Reach out to catering@tillybagelshop.com to coordinate.
Do you offer options for dietary restrictions?
Yes! We offer gluten-free bagels and vegan cream cheese, along with other vegetarian and dairy-free options. Gluten-free bagels are packed separately from the rest of the order. Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions when placing your order so we can prepare accordingly.
How many bagels should I order for my event?
We recommend 1 bagel per person. We offer our bagels in 12 or 24 qty. increments. All bagel orders include spreads within the bagel box.
How much cream cheese or spread should I order?
Our 8 oz spreads are good for approximately 4–6 bagels. If you're unsure how heavily your guests will portion, we recommend ordering a few additional containers to be safe.
How many coffee boxes will I need for my event?
Our catering coffee box comes in a 96 oz box and serves approximately 8 people.
How many lox platters should I order for my event?
We recommend 1 lox platter per 6 people. Each platter contains 1 lb of lox.
Do you sell mini-bagels?
We do not currently but if we keep asking Hannah eventually she will agree. Stay tuned!
How is the food packaged?
Bagels are packed fresh in boxes, with cream cheeses, spreads, and toppings served in individual containers for easy serving and cleanup.
Is tax-exempt ordering available?
Yes. If your organization is tax-exempt, you can enter your tax-exempt information directly within the checkout portal when placing your order.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
We understand plans change! Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 1:00 PM the day before your scheduled order will be charged 50% of total cost.
